I recently had a reader who did just that and moved to a boutique, but it&#039;s hard to do, say, local tech consulting in China ==&gt; Goldman Sachs TMT.

If that&#039;s your best option, though, I would probably take it.</description>

I&#039;m curious what you might think about taking an offer in a developing country (like China) @ local pay?  Let&#039;s say it was in some sort of technology consultancy role with a major multinational firm like IBM ...  could this be weighed better than the ski bum, non profit, and teaching English cop outs?</description>
