I'm almost 30 and I was told by many that even if I complete an MBA soon( next couple of years) I-banks wouldn't touch me because I would be 32-33. How true is this? Hi Brian,

So it could be anywhere from 1 to 5+ depending on the work environment but it's not as if each analyst is "assigned" to each associate.
