If you want to stay in Europe I would do the Master's degree, it's not as necessary in the US or Asia.

Thanks for all of your fantastic advice. I have just finished my undergrad degree finance from a non-target school on the other side of the world but through networking was able to still receive a Summer internship offer from a bulge bracket firm in Europe. The internship/full time hire ratio is extremely good at this firm and if I were to receive a full time offer I would have a year where I could either complete an expensive MSc in Finance at a top school in the UK/Europe that have an impressive alumni (even though the courses appear so similar to what I have already studied) or perhaps travel/work and try to learn another language. My main concern is having the single undergrad degree from a non-target foreign business school.
Given most other people I would be working with would have an undergraduate degree from a top school and perhaps a Masters degree as well which option would give me credibility and the best chance of securing exit opportunities or entry into top MBA programs down the track?

Nick: Generally it's tough coming from a non-target and getting into a bulge bracket unless you've 1) Had an internship before or 2) Have done a lot of networking and know lots of people in the industry. If neither of those is true, I would go for the MBA.
