I have a job offer from Credit Suisse IBD in their captive KPO.
Could you please tell me that is it possible to break into front office IBD in India from captive KPO. Also what BB&#039;s actually have formal front end 1st/2nd year analyst roles. 
Your response would be valuable to me as I come from a non finance background and at a crucial juncture of my career.</description>
