		<description>Japan is a much bigger market than Taiwan and few banks have a big presence in Taiwan, compared to Japan where pretty much everyone has large offices. He was also more interested in working in Japan long-term so it made more sense to go there.</description>

And do you by any chance know the difficulty in breaking into the American/Swiss Investment banks doing S&amp;T in Taiwan?
