They seem to have a balance sheet like the BBs and are really trying to build their practice. However, they don&#039;t seem to be established yet and in this economy they might be worse off than boutiques like evercore and lazard. If someone had offers from nomura and evercore/lazard, which one would you suggest they take? Any reference to bonus would also be helpful.</description>
