I'm working in a top 5 bank doing strategy work for IBD - daily communicating with heads of the Investment bank of asia as well as various MDs and C-level people. I just graduated, under grad, last year. The pay is very similar to that of a back office job but the hours and exposure is much better. Do you think if i applied to a top MBA program with this they would equate me with someone from a leading consulting organization and what do you think about mobility to the front end as an IBD analyst from here?
