		<description>Usually very few, because when the economy is good everyone jumps to PEs/HFs and when things are bad, everyone gets fired.

Kind of a depressing way to look at it, but when the market is better and hiring is picking up, pretty much anyone who's good and wants to stay will get promoted to Associate... so keep that in mind too.</description>
